This policy explains how Barrage LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Barrage,” “we” or “us”), handles information collected through barragelabs.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request.
The Site does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your messages to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use server logs to keep the Site running and secure and to investigate misuse.
How we share it
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that host the Site and our email and process it on our behalf, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing dev@barragelabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as that law requires.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Rips and our other products
This policy covers the Site only. Rips and any other product we operate has its own privacy policy, available within that product.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
